It was definitely a challenge to tame this dragon. We worked hard to get a profile that we were excited about, but after many attempts, we did it! This one is truly unique and unlike anything else we have on our menu. With notes of gingersnap, black tea, and cocoa powder, this screams herbal to us in the best kind of way. The first sip reveals warm, spiced delicious gingersnap cookies. The black tea adds complexity and briskness. Then, grounding the coffee with its rich body, cocoa powder adds a deep chocolate essence, creating a velvety smooth finish.
